commercialization of the healthcare practice
There is no longer the personal and conscientious approach in dealing with patients. It seems that all patients are merchandise. The staff are discourteous which reflects negatively on the office and the medical group. Visits are long spaced out and not classified according to urgency. Steps or procedures/protocols are not explained properly to patients. Waiting time at office takes longer than the time being seen and diagnosed by the doctor.

Dr Dunchok
My wife and I have been a patient of Dr Dunchok for3 years. When the Dr comes into the room. He will sit down and talk to you. About your medical condition sometimes he is in there for over 15 minutes. His staff are very professional on their job from the time you check in and out.

met Dr.Dunchok in December 2020.. I spent 10 minutes with this Doctor .I came to him as a New Patient. I was diagnosed with a Breast Mass. I Tried to get in office due to severe Breast pain..and told to go to Urgent care. He was going on vacation and no appts. Yesterday i requested a Referral for physical therapy..and his office girl Sandy stated he was not my doctor! The urgent care doc listened to conversation so Unprofessional and surprised of what she told me!! Here I am waiting to see surgeon and this Doctor just discharged me with out notification or calling me .. How unethical and no empathy on his Part!! Because i needed a stat referral ..but he said no .. regular not urgent per staff , even after being in ER...a mass and 2 abnormal lymphnodes and 24 pain. How do you do this Doctor? How do you pick and choose who you do not want to see? Was a case of me me having Medical insurance? And not Private. God help you.. La Care is aware of situation and spo

Dr Ron has been my Doctor for many years and I couldn't be happier with the care I receive from him. He has always had my best interests at heart and is very proactive in regards to any treatment that may be needed.

My doctor is the kindest most intelligent man on the face of the earth. Great people skills makes it easy to talk to him .makes sure you understandable him. He and his wife ..... Gods saving grace for myself and all his other patients. THANK YOU LORD FOR MR AND MRS DUNCHOLK!!! YOURS TRULY KIMBERLY EDWARDS
