Dr. Rony Ghaoui, MD

Dr Ghaouri saved my life last August. I’m grateful to him, his staff and Baystate Hospital. I was violently ill, and did not know the cause of why? Ultimately , taken by ambulance to Baystate Grfld. For 9 hours they tried to help me, w/blood transfusions. I was transferred to Baystate Spfld, where Dr GHaoui saw me that evening, scheduled to cauterize the bleeding ulcer, as after many blood transfusions, my hemoglobin was a 3.2. Dr. G cauterized my ulcer, and stayed at the hospital for bectv4-5,days. I have incredible care. I cannot say enough. I’m just now sending this, as I’ve had other unrelated surgeries since. Thank-you Ruth Castonguay Cannot Thank him enough. I do ant to see him again. I am currently on a PPI, and feel better. I would like to Stayce/him as my Gastroenterologist. Very hard to get an appointment.

Dr. Ghaoui was very thorough and spent a good amount of time.

This was an excellent visit, very pleased with the care. However waited 6 mos. for this appointment.

This doctor claimed he did my scopes and diagnosed me with a mild problem. I had to leave the practice to get care and was hospitalized six weeks after seeing my new doctor. When he did the scopes I have severe crohns not mild UC. I'm lucky to be alive. When asked how this could have happened, he said, I can't imagine the circumstances where your degree of scaring could have happened in a year. So what did Dr. Ghaul do is the question no one can answer. Run!!!

I have never met any doctor who spends as much time with a patient as Dr. Ghaoui. He doesn't rush the time, either. He really teaches you in a very special way about the problem you have. I have had some internists in my long life and Dr. Ghaoui is, in my opinion, at the top of the list. I don't understand how ANY patient can give him less than five stars. He is amazing, kind, with a sense of humor as well. If I could give him more stars, I would certainly do it. If you are lucky enough to see him, you will know that you are in the best hands.

Hi I want to thank Dr/ Ghaoui. He go over everything and explain clearly like he enjoyed what his Spechialist for it. I see 4 doctors through my Doughter before for her situation! So I can see the difference. Highly Recomended. Thanks Hany

I went to see D4 Ghaoui for some pain and I was so impressed with him. He spent a lot of time with me and explained everything. He is one of the best Doctor's I've ever seen. Nice to find someone that truly cares.

Dr. Ghaoui is very nice, knowledgeable, and puts his patients at ease. He is also great at explaining the procedure at hand along with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Ghaoui. I would go to him again if I had to.
