Judgemental and uniformed
Commented on weight gain. Didn't read my chart before entering room, or she would have known the reason. I guess a trauma with a broken leg isn't important. I couldn't walk for 3 months because of it. I have been with her for a long time. I think it is time to switch.

I loved seeing Dr. Shah and wish she was still my doctor. (I have different insurance now.) She was everything I have been missing with other doctors: warm and personable, thorough, and genuinely interested in me. She asked questions and spent time with me. I never felt rushed. I kept thinking, "Why have none of my previous doctors been this good?" I felt empowered to be an active participant in my health. Very thankful for her and dearly hope that one day I will be able to see her again.
