Dr. Roopali Gupta, MD

I had my annual physical with this doctor today. I left feeling like a package on an assembly line. When I asked about a supplement that i saw on the internet that research had indicated might help my condition, she said that she would have to go on the internet just like i did to find out about it and implied that it would be a waste of her time. When I asked about the results of a test that i had recently taken that indicated a serious risk of stroke or heart attack, her reply was 'Why are you asking me this question? Didn’t you see a cardiologist?' I did not get a sense that she cared anything about me or my welfare. Would not recommend her unless you just want a 'technician' and don't care whether your doctor genuinely cares about you and your health.

My visit with Dr. Gupta was typical of all my visits. I was listened to, I was counseled on things that were concerning me. The staff, as usual, was friendly and professional.

Great listener, calm demeanor and answers all questions

Appointment rescheduled several times. The office was supposed to order labs prior to my apt, I even called to verify the order was actually in the system. Office staff assured me it was ordered. Upon showing up to the lab, no labs were ordered. All in all the front office caused me to miss three days of work all for nothing. Definitely would recommend finding someplace else for your primary care needs.

She listens to her patients and explains clearly what needs to be done.

Very helpful, I was able to see the doctor the next day after I called. Explained in detail what I needed to know. The office was also very helpful.

She is very kind and listens very patiently

I went in for back pain, urination pain and verification of results from an ER visit. She came into the appt. with the wrong information, and said she didn’t even know how to read a CAT scan to give me feedback from the ER. She was curt and seemed anxious to leave the appointment. I asked about pain, she said I was fine, I left. The next day I had a fever and went to urgent care. I had a severe bladder infection an a ruptured ovarian cyst. I was not prescribed pain medicine and was fine with that. With antibiotics I was better in a few days. I just got my records, where she indicated my symptoms weren’t as severe as I was indicating, and refused medicine. That’s on my records. It makes me look like I went there for dishonest reasons. I was treated badly, misdiagnosed, and have this garbage in my file. She doesn’t take time to properly review or consult, then writes things people may never see. Thankfully the records needed were for a move. I do not recommend this doctor.

Very good! She was thorough with my visit/examination. Asked questions about my well being and mental health. She outlined my appointments and asked about my prescriptions. She is very professional, but at the same time very concerned, supportive and understanding.

Dr. Gupta is by far one of the best doctors I’ve ever had, and I used to move a lot so I’ve had several. She is attentive and thoughtful, remembers past conversations and issues even though I see her on average every six months, and listens then answers (instead of interrupting like so many others) to issues and questions. Highly recommend her!

When I first started going to her, she was pleasant, listened and took her time. Now she seems like she is in a hurry. Like she has 10 mins Max to be with me.

Favorite Dr ever!
