Dr Rosa is a compassionate and thorough psychiatrist. Highly recommend.

They checked my insurance in Dec 2019 & said they accepted UHC. However, they did not have a contract with UHC until approx March 2020. They credited all of the erroneous bills because they had quoted me what the insurance would pay except one. Every appointment I had, the psychologist she hired was eating. Always long waits and the receptionist always tried to hide because Dr. Munoz-Negron wouldn't be in the office & had patients who needed medication filled. So I sat there in my 2 in office visits watching patients IN PAIN waiting hours for her. Then once covid hit, it was hard to get a hold of them, my televisit with the Dr where she blamed me for needing help. So after trying to contact them all last summer & they send a bill 18 months later. Then Rose called me personally to yell at me, said it was my personal problem, that I needed to "educate myself" about deductibles when the entire dispute is she advertised she accepted an insurance at her practice Yantra which she did not.
