Dr. Ribon is an amazing primary care doctor. I travel through 3 counties for my appointments. I cannot say enough about her.

Dr. Ribon is a very busy, yet very caring doctor. With her help, I have lost over 70 pounds and basically cured near every aliment I was suffering from, sleep apnea, gout, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, psoriosis, and insulin resistence. She is open to the latest research and medical studies.

Inferior education. Ponce Medical School. 16th best rated Medical School Puerto. The office is a nightmare.I think that your required to fail an aptitude test to get a job there.

My husband is a cancer patient and needed to see the Dr. We made an appt. in advance and drove 45 min to get there only to find out the Dr. decided not to come in that day. And no one called us! We rescheduled with her and when we arrived for THAT appt, we were told the doctor called and would not be coming in for at least hour or more! We could not wait so had to leave. Completely unprofessional and almost seems like malpractice to do this to a cancer patient. Very unhappy with this Dr.

While the office might be complicated, Dr. Ribon is excellent. She is thoughtful and careful and remembers her patients. I do believe she is an excellent dr.

Getting through to FPL or Comcast is easier than working with this office. I never even got to the point of seeing her, as it took me more than a week to reach a human to help me with record transfers. I gave up before succeeding! That experience alone was a red flag enough to stay away. I'll never consider a physician at U of M until they figure out way to handle customers in a more efficient and respectful way!
