Dr. Rosa Robles, MD

I have been seeing this physician for yearly physicals (never had a need to see her other than that) for about 6 years. Over the last 6-7 weeks, I have had another more urgent problem that has required examination/medication and testing. Trying to get this physician to respond to my calls and answer my questions has been like pulling teeth! Each time I call, I receive a voice message, leave a message but never receive a call back. I call back again the following week, leave another message and again, the same result. I was able to speak with a live person eventually and she explained to me that the doctor is in practice by herself and is short-staffed. That is a TriHealth problem and this, coming from an organization that supposedly prides itself in patient care. I am appalled that this is how a practice operates. Finally, after many calls to this office with messages left, I am changing physicians. Wow, what a struggle!

When I asked to switch meds she said, Oh that's right you like those cheap drugs.

She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time with her patients.

Dr. Robles is a fine Doctor and most of the staff are very friendly expect for a woman named Denise. This woman treats patients like they are dogs, and is very unprofessional on the telephone. As long as you don't have to speak to her, or deal with her you will be fine.

I would highly recommend this physician. I strongly disagree with the complaints I have seen here. She has been my Dr. for 17 years now and many of my family and friends see her as well. She is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. Please do not believe everything you read because you will miss out on a very good Dr. if you do.

Avoid like a plague. She should not be allowed to practice medicine in this country. She cannot diagnose anything without ordering many test, BUT, she is so quick to right you a prescription. Many many wrong doings. I will not even recommend my enemy to her!!!!

This so-called Doctor doesn't pay attention to test and only cares about keeping you coming back. I have high readings on a blood test and she said I have a fatty liver. I suggested I go see a liver specialist and she said there is no need. I changed doctors here recently and have found out that I have stage four liver cirrhosis. Probably could've been caught earlier if she had listened to me. I suggest somebody be very careful when wanting to see this doctor. She cares more about how she looks

There was such a lack of basic care and concern for me as a patient. I was disrespected, ignored and I felt like my health issues were unimportant. I was misdiagnosed, given the wrong medication, and did not follow procedures ordered by ER staff. I asked specific questions about lab results and was given a basic "you'll be alright" answer. I have zero confidence in this doctor and her staff. Worst experience ever coming to this office and choosing this physician.
