Dr. Rose Magness delivered my son more than 20 years ago. Her prenatal care was first-rate and she delivered my son with ease. Her office is neat and clean. Her staff is pleasant and professional. Show up on time, you're seen on time. Dr. Magness is also an outstanding surgeon. She's one of the best (to me, she is the best). I trust her completely, and you can too.

Could care less about me having an ectopic pregnancy.. said she was on holiday, she was the doctor on call... she said just go the the hospital and whatever obgyn is in Virtua will do the surgery. You’ve got to be kidding me. My own practice, couldn’t even be there for me? The office staff and schedulers are awful. They refuse to see you until you are 8 weeks. Had I been seen prior, the ectopic could have been caught and resolved safely instead of my tube rupturing and causing great concern.

Extremely unprofessional. Poor listening to concerns. No coordination with the staff members. Every time you go in, you will be assigned to New doc and they ask questions as if you are New patient.

I was a patient for 20 years and had 3 babies with them. I had my second baby in the car on the way to the hospital because Magness never returned multiple calls. She blamed it on the answering service and said I wasn’t the only one this happened to that night. Should’ve ran then. They put in an iud wrong, which I needed to have surgically removed. My last appointment they wouldn’t see me because my insurance changed after I went and now they won’t refill my birth control. Absolute Disgrace

Cold, poor bedside manner, I kept telling her I was pregnant and She didn't listen. I ended up at virtua with a ruptured tube from an ectopic pregnancy. I called her on my way to virtua and she said she's not coming and whatever obgyn from any practice at virtua can do it. I NEVER returned after that. I was in a very dangerous situation and she wasn't even there for her patient. She is a joke..

Very cold and unhelpful. Walked out of room when I was upset with more questions to be asked. Took a day off work to get help from her and can say it was truly a waste of time.

Not much seems to have changed in 23 years. Dr Magness was insulting and rude while I was giving birth to my third child declaring to the nurse it wasn't fair because I was in good shape and not overweight. She delayed the birth because she did not want to give me an episiotomy (my last child was over 9 pounds I am 5'3" and small framed) I begged her and so did the attending nurse, my son was born with bruised eyes having been pounding the birth canal. Never saw her again, will never forget.

Magness didn't even want to examine me because I had previous testing done elswhere that came back ok. She said what do u want me to do examine u again? Everything is negative. I said yes please because I'm still having an issue. She rushed me out not letting me talk or listening. I wanted to cry. I left without getting any of my paperwork because I was so upset. Doctors are supposed to help or find an explanation. On my way out I stopped to ask her a question to which she rolled her eyes.

They are very unprofessional and truly do not care about their patients espically new patients!! I called with a problem I was having just needed my birth control switched they refused to call me back!!! It took over a week to get the issue resolved ! Now they messed up billing my insursnce and I get stuck with a $400 bill!! I would never recommend anyone going here! I truly can't wait to go back to my old gyno!
