I have been seeing Dr. Chu for several years now and it's great to have a doctor who knows my history and is patient with all of my questions. I appreciate how she explains things, there's never a long wait and she's just generally cool.

Absolutely the best. Before, through, and after (hope we're there!) the pandemic - always there for you. Able, caring, sense of humor, discusses and explains and, best of all, follows up by message and by phone very quickly when it's appropriate. Surrounded and supported by a great staff.

I’ve met so many doctors but she was so indifferent to me during the visit. It didn’t bother me waiting for 30 mins past the appointment time. But, what bothered me was how she treated me. Save your time and money! You can find a better doctor who actually cares about patients and treat you better.

Dr. Chu is an excellent provider, human, kind-hearted and knowledgeable. She's been my primary care physician for about 5 years. She is very responsive when I email her. I have no complaints. It's hard to find a doctor with whom you feel comfortable with and she is just the BEST!

Dr. Chu is thorough, attentive, and takes the time to thoughtfully answer questions and share her guidance and advice. Her staff is also lovely, professional, and maintained a sense of humor and care (even in the middle of a pandemic!). Happy to have her as my doctor!

I am dumbfounded and disappointed that Dr Chu is not compassionate or understanding and does not want to help me given my situation. When I first met with Dr Chu, 3/‘20, she offered to stop my HRT. After 1 month, told her of my concerning symptoms and requested to resume the med. ‘No, you have to see a GYN.’ There is a Global Pandemic now, I don’t have a job and I moved 1100 miles away to temporarily live with my family. Yet, Dr Chu won’t give me 30 days of my med while I find a GYN.
