She consistently came to the visit late; had no time for concerns. Consistently talked about lack of reimbursement by insurance companies. Cold and unprofessional

very rude and unconcerned with my questions...she just brushed me off like it wasnt important. also she may be "affiliated " with the hospital but does not send testing orders through their system. you have to go pick them up then go to hospital...too much running back and forth. I will be changing my PC as soon as I can.
