Unprofessional
Telehealth
The entire session felt bafflingly unprofessional. Dr Arunachalam barely asked relevant questions about the context of the visitation, she kept making lots of assumptions to then go on what could be described as longwinded self-help affirmations. She literally said “you can choose to be happy”, and I'm hard pressed to find something more antithetical to psychiatry itself. When I asked for her professional opinion about certain prescription drugs she literally told me to Google it. The bill was seven hundred dollars.I never reviewed a medical professional before but my experience was not only bad but almost bizarre, and since my therapist was aghast when she found out about the interaction I think this is fair.

Not at all helpful

I had my daughter got assessed by her, and this doctor stated that we were not loving her. She Kept saying “you need to love her more, you need to love her more! Teenagers are all like this.” She was not helpful or insightful at all. I’m wondering why they have her on service. She didn’t even assess my daughter thoroughly. My daughter has major issues beyond being a “teenager,” she herself admitted it. Dr. Rosaline basically disregarded everything I said, and even called my daughter, beautiful, which was strange. (She is beautiful, but also- you shouldn’t say that as a provider.) I advised her to cancel my daughter’s next appointment with her and to refer us to a different provider. She was nice but not professional nor helpful.

She is nice but..

She’s nice and she tries but she is not very helpful. Her advice is kind of “just don’t”, like if I talked about how I compare myself, or my eating issues etc. Another thing was that she put me on the lowest dose of 10mg and took me off even though I requested to try a higher dose because I didn’t feel anything.

I really love my psychiatrist she is really nice when I come. She helps me understand how to do better and be able to make the best for myself. I love her attitude towards me personally. She asks me about my day when no one else will. If I could get her a card I would because she deserves it. And anyone who doesn’t see that is just jealous. I love Dr Roselin. She’s really funny and her office Is cool calm and collected. I would recommend any and everyone to Dr. Roselin because she helps with us

Dr. Roselin has been my grandson's child psychiatrist for 6 years. When she left her previous employer, we followed her to Carle to continue services. She is very good and we are comfortable with her. She also has great suggestions and is quick to make referrals as needed. We love her!!!!
