Caring and thorough
I had a great experience with Dr. Razik and his team. He is very caring and spends time to discuss my symptoms in detail. I had seen 2 other GI docs in the past and my symptoms were brushed aside. But Dr. Razik persisted in trying to get to the bottom of things. I had a rare pancreatic disorder that he was able to diagnose. My cousin also saw this doctor for an unrelated issue and had a complex procedure done which went well so I would definitely recommend him.

ERCP
Dr. Razor performed an ERCP on me at the CCF Akron General location in 2022. I was extremely nervous about being out to sleep and having the procedure completed. The procedure went well and I attribute that to his care and the coordination he and his team had. Thank you! I was hoping to use him again, as I need another one completed for one stone. Wish he was still in Ohio… Best Wishes Dr!

Amazing doctor - nuff said
It's rare to find a physician like Dr. Razik. I've had chronic GI issues for years. Have seen many GI doctors in the past. I'm so glad I found Dr. Razik 5 years ago. He is very knowledgeable and personable and makes me feel at ease .... important when you have to discuss GI issues! He has a very busy practice and it's no secret why he's so popular... Literally everyone wants to see him. So it does make for a long wait at times. But it's worth it. His staff is great. His bedside manner is the best. I wish I had found him sooner!

I've been seeing Dr. Razik for years now. He was the first doctor to diagnose me correctly after many years of difficulty. He is a wonderful listener and is very thorough. I felt like he left "no stone unturned" when figuring out my problems. He has never delayed my appointments or procedures, and in fact, saw me earlier than expected because I was in pain. He spends lots of time with patients and their families and is very caring. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have had a consult with Dr Razik and 3 procedures. None of them have ever had to be rescheduled nor did I have to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Actually, my last procedure was started a 1/2 hour early. He has been very professional, very attentive and willing to answer any questions. He had questions for me and took notes on a notepad. He was not behind a computer. Each time I see him, he goes back to the first procedure and asks how I am doing. That makes me feel like he is prepared everytime he comes in to see me. I have had great experiences with Dr Razik and would recommend him.

Out of my 4 appts (one including a colonscopy) and he rescheduled 3 of them. Received an ultrasound on my liver and never heard back from him. Tried to call the office twice to discuss and was told that he would call back and never got one back.
