She listened to my concerns, and made some good recommendations. I was new to the area and glad to find her.

Dr Li was mostly great during my prenatal care. She was warm and receptive to my questions and concerns. My first concern was after my anatomy scan there were notes available in my chart the described findings not discussed at my appointment. I feel that if the information is available for me to review in the patient portal, they should be discussed with me so I don’t stress and turn to google. Then, upon referring me to the hospital for medical induction, she was no longer involved in my care. She was on call at the hospital when I arrived for induction but I didn’t see any doctor even after sitting in triage for 11 hours. No plan was discussed for how my induction was to be managed. Eventually, a different doctor delivered me. At my 6 week postpartum checkup, Dr Lin couldn’t tell me why I had a C-section because she hadn’t read my chart. It also took almost a week to get a pain prescription related to nursing which is just too long while trying to breastfeed a newborn.
