Not receptive to parent concerns
Asked about breaking up or spreading out vaccine schedule since my son was born prematurely (at the suggestion of his neonatologist from a different practice.) Dr. Oakley gave me a handout regarding vaccines in premature infants, but no resources were listed for credibility and made a comment that I’d have to find a new practice if I wanted his vaccines spread out after this first set. Felt our concerns were quickly dismissed and we Will find a new doctor.

Outstanding care
Dr Oakley is always knowledge, kind and compassionate. She takes the time to address our family’s concerns and patiently explains things in terms I can understand. I trust her with my children’s care and would recommend her to friends and family.

Told me ringworm isn’t itchy
Wouldn’t treat ringworm in my daughter. Told me to put hydrocortisone cream on it which will actually make it worse. Won’t be seeing her again.
