Every single person who helped me was professional and kind. The right level of attention—not to much, not too little. It provided for a good bit of confidence on my part.Dr Budacki listened and spoke to me like I am a real person with a working brain. I appreciate not being talked over or down to. I like when my doctors talk to me and look me in the eye. It makes all the difference.My visit was not for anything serious, as it turns out, but I never felt like my case was negligible. I have every reason to believe that if I have an urgent orthopedic need that I will receive the care any person is worth, from the front desk to the exit, and everything along the way.

From booking the appointment, checking in and meeting Dr. Budacki it was so refreshing talking to people who were so polite and helpful. From making the appointment the staff was amazing. Dr. Budacki was kind and caring and very professional. He made me feel comfortable explaining my options for treatment. His receptionist was cheerful and very efficient and helped making the arrangements for surgery easy.

This is my second time seeing Dr Budacki. First time when I broke my fibula a few years back. He was both sympathetic and accommodating.

Honesty and manner

I have never waited longer than 15 minutes in this office. The staff is friendly and Dr Budacki is personable and direct. I always feel confident that he will answer all my questions and he also shows me my results of X-rays and MRI’s which makes it easier to understand the results. I trust him and would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent orthopedic doctor.

Dr. Budacki took the time to get to know me and my husband. He quickly got me into surgery after my fall. MRI results showed that my left shoulder had 3 torn rotator cuffs and a detached biceps, as well. One year later, with PT, I am fully functional, no pain, and back to my usual activities. I can't thank him enough for his surgical expertise and kind, caring nature.

I fractured a bone in my foot and was seeing Dr. Budacki for a second opinion. He's the only person who showed me my X-rays and explained what was going on with my injury. His office took new X-rays and was able to do them with my foot flat without me having to stand on it. At another practice, I had to stand on my foot to get the flat view and it was painful. His diagnosis was clear and straightforward, his manner was professional and friendly. After my visit, I understood my injury and the rationale for treatment. Dr. Budacki had been highly referred to me by people I trust, and I can understand why.

Dr. Budacki is a great doctor. He is well versed in orthopedic surgery, and can communicate medical issues in a clear and transparent way for his patients to understand. I tore my MCL this past summer and had an underlying knee issue (OCD) that needed surgery. He was able to get this set up for me quickly and reattach the original cartilage back in place via scope. I would 100% recommend him to other people who are dealing with a similar injury.

Punctual, friendly and professional

We had to see a doctor immediately because of a broken arm that had been set badly, (too much correction), at er by different physician. Dr Budaki took his time explaining resetting again or surgery or leaving it. He did the follow up care and reset it like it was intended. The arm is amazingly lined up again and looks like it was never broken! This doctor has hands ?? like a surgeon should. Thank you Dr Budaki our family is forever grateful

Dr Budacki took great care to explain the results of an MRI on my knee. He listened to my questions, and answered professionally. I was very satisfied with his explaniation of his diagnosis, and his advice for future treatment.

My visit was thorough and informative and i left feeling like i had all the information i need to make a decision regarding surgery or not. Dr. Budacki was knowledgeable and kind and took his time to explain all of my options!
