Dr Hanseen is an excellent communicator, he spends the time to explain your condition and ways to correct. Mine was a total knee replacement, done at LDS Hospital, went without a hitch. He had explained the entire process in advance, there were no surprises. the recovery time in the hospital was minimal and I was home within 2 days and healing. Great surgeon!

Was very cold only interested in surgery not completing forms I needed for insurance company - very uncaring - was referred by my Dr that had retired - Dr Hanseen could have cared less about me and my situation only about high dollar surgery cases not patient needs - would not recommend him! Office staff wonderful.
