Dr. Rowena Reyrao, MD

I went in for an issue that I thought could possibly be an infection and just wanted to get it checked out before leaving on a long trip in case I needed antibiotics or treatment that would be hard to get while traveling. From the very beginning of the appointment, I was interrupted and treated very rudely and with what felt like disdain and exasperation. She was quick to assume things and when I finally cut in and told her why I was there she became very agitated and condescending and forced a checkup on me because she thought that was what I was asking for. This involved her looking in my ears and mouth for a split second and exclaiming "yep all clear", "nothing here of course" and other things along that line. I have never been treated like this by anyone in the professional world, much less a care practitioner. I actually cried immediately upon leaving the office just overwhelmed with frustration and embarrassment of the interaction. I would not recommend Dr. Reyrao to anybody.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reyrao for the past 15 years. She was the one that had to give me my breast cancer diagnosis. She is truly and exceptional doctor that cares for her patients as though they were her family. I have continued to see Dr. Reyrao even though she is now and hour drive away. I would HIGHLY recommend her.

Dr Reyrao is one of the worst doctors I've ever seen. Very poor communication skills; doesn't listen to what her patients say and interrupts. Doesn't disclose pertinent information about how she practices until 30 seconds before the end of the appointment - as if I can somehow read her mind and figure out how she runs her practice. She is terrible at diagnosing problems. I've gone over and over and over an issue and she can't get it. Then she ends up blaming me in the end. Unprofessional!!!!

Dr Reyrao is amazing. She's sweet and very caring. I'm sad that she moved to a different location.

I have had her as my doctor for 15 years and I wouldn't go to anyone else
