Dr. Roxana Bodin, MD

I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Bodin. Not only did she leave me waiting for over an hour before coming to speak to me, but then she knew nothing about my medical history from my files. She walked out of the room repeatedly during my one visit without warning and took several calls. Also said concerning things about my ability to have children in the future without any context that I then had to ask for clarity on. After that bad experience, I decided to see another specialist and now her office can't find all of my files and has been giving me the runaround on it for over a week. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. I would not recommend anyone see her or her office.

Stood by me when I needed a liver transplant. Saved my life more than once. There was a point where I was on a transplant list, my knee replacement from years prior had become infected and I couldn't be on a transplant list with and infection. so, I had a choice, lose my leg or a new liver. I chose to have my leg amputated. with only a 6 hrs notice I was prepped for surgery . As soon as Dr Bodin found out I was headed into the OR she sprung into action. At the OR door there was a phone call, Dr Bodin stopped the surgery and spoke with 5 specialist and found a way to save my leg and keep me on the transplant list. 4 months later in April of 2018. I received a liver and still have my leg and I owe it all to this angel of a DR. She is not only my Dr, she;s an angel and my dear friend! If you need to leave your life in someones hands it should be hers! She cares deeply for her patients. Whatever she tells you to do, do it! she knows best. I owe my life to Dr Bodin

I have autoimune hepatites, hepatites B and cirrhosis, and she took the fight beside me to save me.When I was her pacient in NY, Westchester hospital, she was there, day and night,, working over time to take me out of my bad conditions, and we had successed.Dr Bodin communicates and did all kind of paper work with my insurece company for providing the very expensive medicines, to keep under control my hepatites,I am her patient for 15 years and I ‘ve always kept in touch with her, by phone, or by texting her, …and is so easy to book an appoiment with her.Dr Roxana Bodin is a very kind, polite person, gives me a pozitive energy, and even going to a doctor becames with her a nice and pleasant experience!
