Dr. Roxanne Tyroch, MD

After visiting with Dr. Tyrock for an ear ache, she told me to keep an eye on it and if the pain persisted, she would call in an RX. I called a couple days later and asked for the RX. The doctor’s assistant told me Dr. Tyrock would return my call. 24 hours later, no call. I called again and the doctor’s assistant told me the doctor had to attend other matters and she would return my call. At the end of the day I called again, and was told I needed to make an appointment “to further examine my ear”. I complained about the events. I was in great pain. Later that day, I received a text stating an RX had been sent to the pharmacy. This event was handled unprofessionally and was unnecessary. I will no longer visit with this doctor.

Doctor Tyroch has been taking seriously my medical problems while even specialists ignored my symptoms. She referred me to a health care organization outside of the state where the doctors were able to do surgery and take care of a medical problem I didn’t even know I had. Other doctors had been ignoring my issues for more than a decade. This changed my life for the better in a major way.

Very dishonest doctor. Dr. Tyroch had all my records from my previous doctor who retired. After a telemedicine call with her, I was told that all my medications would be renewed and refilled. After several months, I found out that not one had been called in. I called her office several times and was assured that my medications would be called in. I called the office and said I would come in and wait for the prescriptions. I was told that I would not be allowed in the office because I didn’t have an appointment. The receptionist then told me that none of my prescriptions would be filled because I didn’t have lab work done. After telling her that the lab work was on file she still refused to call the medications in. I said I was leaving the practice and would be writing a bad review. An hour later I received a call from the receptionist telling me that the doctor would like to NEGOTIATE WITH ME. If I did not write a bad review, my meds would be called in. If I did, they would not.

Dr. Tyroch requires for you to make an appointment with her just to get a referral to see an endocrinologist. Due to my HMO plan, a referral is required from the primary doctor. I had an appointment today. The front desk told me they would e-mail me the link for my facetime appointment. 10 minutes has passed by after the time of my appointment. I called back and the front desk told me she was at a meeting. So Dr. Tyroch knew I had an appointment, but did not consult to me at all whatsoever that something so "abruptly" came up. I do not recommend this doctor at all. I can get better compassion and care from someone else.

Very friendly and warm physician. I was able to make an appointment and be seen very quickly. Very thorough.

I wish I read these reviews before going there the first time. Dr. Tyroch left me today outside for three hours in the cold because I didn't have her copay. She sent me a deductible of $92 after my insurance payment for a physical exam that last less than 30 minutes. It was just a basic questions/answers and she took my BP, and auscultated my heart. When I received the bill, I sent her a message asking about what could have increased my bill and she never answered. Today, I went for my vaccine that was already paid by my insurance and she asked the nurse to tell me to pay my balance in full or I will no have my vaccine. I told to the nurse that I don't have money with me and that I needed to speak with her and nothing. I sat on the floor from 2PM to 5PM and then she came out just to enter her car, and when I told her I need my vaccine, she said if I came by her, she will call the police. I am so shocked and deceived by such an attitude from a doctor. I will never forget this. Worst Dr.

Dr Tyroch has been treating me for over 5 years. She is intelligent, friendly, and takes time to explain and listen. When my ekg showed no problems, she insisted I see a cardiologist and made me an appointment immediately. She saved my life. Another occasion she returned to her office because I thought I might have shingles. Her immediate action prevented the shingles from getting worse. In my eyes, she’s terrific. I have a recommended Dr. Tyroch to many of my friends, and they are all extremely pleased with her care. I feel so blessed to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Tyroch was very thorough and attentive. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I felt comfortable with her. Her staff members were very good as well. I felt treated treated with kindness and respect overall, and that is very important to me.

A person could not find a more knowledgeable or helpful doctor than Dr. Tyroch. I would recommend her to everybody.

Dr. Roxanne Tyroch is very thorough and spends enough time with me. She is a good listener. She explains everything clearly. She is an awesome physician. Dr. Tyroch provides excellent patient care. I recommended her to our daughters and they both love her. Her office staff are very respectful and kind.

Very dishonest staff! I scheduled a routine physical over the phone for my wife and was very specific with the receptionist, Jasmine. We later get a bill for $84.55 for deductible. When I call back, Jasmine, says that it wasn’t a physical but screening. This is so typical of most health care professionals. More concerned with profit instead of being honest and caring with patients! Very upset with this clinic.

She refuses to see patients if they do not have the copay in cash. She does not accept credit/debit cards in office. She only cares about money instead of the patients health. If she refuses to see you she will charge you a no show fee of $25.

Did not get seen right away, got turned away due to her staff and herself not explaining procedure for office visit correctly.

Dr Tyroch is not a good doctor she smiles and seems nice but if she can't figure out how to help she will turn on u and kick u out of her care. I've had 13 spinal surgeries and was told I'm not in pain because I don't "react correctly" to pain with no actual examples. Isabel who may not have certification gave me a shot in Feb. for a fever my entire butt cheek bruised and it's now Aug. and I still have a knot in my butt cheek from the shot. The Dr. Only cares about getting paid not about patient

If you want to be ignored except for when you are in her office I guess she is okay. She never reads anything that I put on the patient portal. I had a question as to why she changed the dosing on a medication I was taking, said I would hear back in 48 hours, never did hear back. Cancelled planned surgery since it was obvious she didn't read or did read and didn't respond to patient portal
