Would give zero stars if possible.Waited 2 weeks for scheduled appointment and they canceled my appointment without notifying me and expected me to wait another 3 weeks to be seen. Completely unprofessional!!

From office visit to sameday surgery to procedure with overnight in hospital. Every step of the way I was treated with respect, patience and kindness. All my question were answered and explained in a way I understood. I am almost 1 week post hiatel hernia surgery. For the first time in YEARS I am not nauseous I have not vomited once since surgery and barely any heartburn. The only side effect I have had is the gas from surgery is still causing mild pain. I would recommend Dr Gan and all his associates he sends you too. My experience has been great and I haven't felt this healthy in years. This dr. is an asset to the medical field.

Dr. Gan was thorough, professional, and pleasant. He takes the time to explain in detail and easy to understand terminology, exactly what he's going to do before the operation and what I could expect afterwards. Having surgery is obviously not the most pleasant thing to go through, but after about a dozen surgeries over seventy plus years, I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant surgical experience I've ever had. Everyone was very nice and competent, and the surgery and preparation completed on time. I would recommend Dr. Gan, nursing staff, and Spring Valley Hospital out-patient surgery center to anyone that needs an operation. Thank You!

Couldn't have asked for a better surgeon for my inguinal hernia surgery repairHe was very Thoughtful and explained everything at our preop visit.I'm 79 years old And have only been in the hospital twice in my life. Once when I was 3 for tonsillectomy And two years ago for gallbladder removal. Needless to say, I was very apprehensive since I don't have much experience with hospitals and surgery. He made me feel very comfortable and I so appreciated that he told me he prays before every surgery.I was very much at ease and felt that I was in extremely capable hands. Everything worked out fantastic and i'm very, very thankful for Dr. Gan. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

My husband got Dr Gan by chance when he went to the emergency room and found out he needed surgery and an ostomy bag. Now he is reconnected and everything is great. Dr Gan is extremely thorough and explains things so you understand. Very compassionate and respectful.

I saw Dr. Gan for an excisional Hemorroidectomy. From our first meeting he was professional yet kind and concerned. Very good experience. I had to have my gallbladder removed and was in tremendous pain. Dr. Gan set my mind at ease and patiently answered all my questions, including the ones which, I'm sure, were nonsensical! His work was excellent.

Dr Gan is a nice and sweet Dr who will do what he tells you but you also have to do a your part, which I did. He helped me get my life back for me and my kids and I couldn’t thank him enough! He may be hard on you but it’s for our own good and he wants us to succeed before and after surgery. If you are looking to have weight loss surgery look no further DR GAN IS THE BEST! he always emails me back when I have questions and me always worrying about something wrong he always reassures me everything is ok! Their office is on top of things and always willing to help if Dr Gan is away in surgery or will call you back when they get an answer! This is the best drs office to go to! I am glad I found him to help me.

I saw Dr. Gan after I started having really bad heartburn after my sleeve surgery. I went to two other surgeons who were not able to do anything to help me. Dr. Gan had no hesitation in helping me. Best surgeon in Vegas! Dr. Gan did my weight loss surgery. He and his staff walked me through the entire insurance approval process. He did my surgery robotically.
