Visiting was fine. It was after surgery had problems. Had surgery November 13 and was released to return to regular life December 20. Was having serious pain. Tried contacting his office left many voice mails and no return calls. January notified that his facility had filed bankruptcy. Still no return calls. Then covid hit. Still mass pain and can't get ahold of Pierson. After over a year of trying to locate Dr Pierson. I found him to be working for orthopedics Northwest. Try to see him and he refused to see me. Still major problems. And know now other surgeons will see me because of the previous surgery. I'm at a loss as what to do. Still having serious issues over year later. Knee surgery.

Rude and condescending receptionist. No eye contact at any time. Argumentative. Also you will receive no care or advice pre-op. When you do ask, are told to take a Tylenol, shut up, and bear with it till surgery.
