Bypass surgery post mortem
Dr Wiener strongly recommended bypass surgery at my advanced age of 77 over more conservative treatments. A year later, I have to say he was absolutely correct in his assessment. I have resumed doing the things I enjoy.

Excellent Cardiologist
Dr. Weiner has been treating me for about 6 years, and I have always found him to be very friendly, respectful and helpful. His communication turnaround times are great, and he always answers my questions thoroughly. His manner is very calm and thoughtful and I really like that. Also, if he says he's going to research or follow up on something, he does it. I highly recommend Dr. Weiner!!

We recently had an initial visit with Dr. Wiener. Prior to the visit my husband had received a new diagnosis that was very concerning. During our visit the doctor did not answer our questions and addressed us in a demeaning manner. At the end of the visit he was extremely dismissive and left many of our questions unanswered. We were looking for some answers and reassurance. Unfortunately I don't think that was within Dr. Wiener's repertoire. We left this office knowing we will never return. I would never recommend this provider. He does not exhibit the values of a URMC provider!
