This woman has horrible bedside manner. I brought my 55 year old mother into Genesys and she was in severe pain (only saying ow, ow, ow here and there, not being any louder than any of the nurses shouting/ joking around with one another) and this woman told her she needed to be quiet. My mother ended up having to get emergency surgery that day. Would definitely not recommend. No empathy.
