Rude, arrogant, disrespectful and dismissive
Unwilling to consider supportive research for consideration of additional diagnosis- she needs more training in compassion, empathy, social skills and bedside manner. Patients come for help and guidance, not shaming!!

I couldn't possibly say enough good things about Dr. Mallay. When I see her she makes me feel like I'm a friend returning. With Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and other serious health issues, it was very difficult to feel any hope & I was even struggling with depression for the first time in my life. But, she immediately got me on treatments that lessened my symptoms & helped relieve the extreme pain that I've been living with for years. She showed interest in all areas of health for me. Even concerns about where I was mentally regarding discouragement & depression, while fighting all of these diseases. She provided resources & referred me to specialists that could best help! She has helped to give me so much of my life back and to feel that I was part of a team. Our team goal was for me to be the healthiest me I could be. My heart is filled with gratitude towards Dr. Rubaiya Mallay and the entire Suncoast team!

Dr. Mallay is one of the most compassionate, empathetic, and caring doctors I know. She is very complete in her exams. Treats as appropriate. She listens, reviews your case and addresses. I’m so happy my friend referred me.

Dr Mallay is one of the best Dr's I have. She is compassionate and you can tell she truly cares for your well being. She listens to what you are telling her entirely & doesn't dismiss symptoms that might sound off. She investigates & comes up with a real plan. She doesn't give up. She's a blessing to have on my medical team.

Dr Mallay is excellent. She is very thorough and you can tell she really cares about her patients. She is always prompt and they have a lab right in the office. I have been to a lot of doctors over the years and she is wonderful.
