Dr. Ruby Shrestha, MD

Dr. Shrestha was dismissive and disrespectful. She “diagnosed” me with multiple conditions affecting pregnancy (pre-e, based on ONE high BP reading when I was being told my baby was going to the NICU, and incompetent cervix based on having a miscarriage and preterm birth, even though the miscarriage was an mmc and after 5 weeks I had to take meds to soften and open my cervix because it wasn’t opening, and the preterm birth was a result of my water breaking and having to be INDUCED in my 36th week) without truly looking at my medical history and when I tried to speak up or ask questions I was shushed or she raised her hand to tell me to shut up. Very forceful with the speculum to a point that I was still sore 2 weeks later. Then didn’t review my lab results to see that I had a raging infection until -I- reached out to the office nearly a week later!

Overall absolutely wonderful!

Dr. Shrestha is so personal in her communications. I don't feel like she has a foot out the door, but sits and listens to my answers. She asks very good questions and always checks on my personal life, besides my health concerns. I recommended her to my daughter, who is also a happy patient now!

I've never been cared for like this before. The staff but even the Dr she is the best!!!! Truly amazing! I wish I found this practice years ago.

I have been seeing Ruby Shrestha for 10 years now. She was the first after many people before her who knew exactly what was going on with me on my first appointment with her. There was immediate scheduling of what to do and appointment wise. Took good care of me with my pregnancy 10 years ago as well. Excellent in all platforms of information. I will travel an hour for her every time. I trust everything Ruby explains to me. She is patient and answers all my questions and converses well to keep a calm peaceful environment for any procedure or routine checks. She shows concern and the want to always help within her realm. I have never had a negative experience in the whole 10 years. Thank you.
