Incredible doctor
Outstanding bedside manner. Diagnosed me with a rare condition that 4 other doctors missed. Very communicative as was his staff. I loved everything about my experience with him.

Dismissive, Uncaring, and Negligent. Just Avoid
DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THIS DOCTORI suffered from severe acid reflux for over a week, unable to eat or drink, losing 13 pounds in one week. Urgent care took my condition seriously and referred me to Dr. Rufaat Mando for further evaluation. Unfortunately, he was dismissive, unsympathetic, and uninterested in my symptoms. Despite my rapid weight loss, fever, and severe pain, he brushed it off as 'just heartburn' and refused to prescribe medication. Instead, he handed me a generic acid reflux pamphlet and told me to 'change my lifestyle.' I got a second opinion from another gastroenterologist, who immediately prescribed medication and scheduled an endoscopy within a week. Turns out, I had FOUR esophageal ulcers and a hiatal hernia. The doctor who actually helped me was shocked at the lack of care I previously received. If you're looking for a doctor who listens and takes symptoms seriously, look elsewhere.

Loved his professional demeanor and he was kind.
It was great! He was kind and caring and treated me with respect. He treated what I had, (that seems to be pretty unusual), and it was just what I needed to resolve my issue.

One of the worst doctors I've ever seen. He never ONE time asked me why I was there.. he asked NO questions whatsoever, he obviously could absolutely care less about you as a patient, seems his only interest was to be a condescending passive aggressive smart alec.
