Best Doc
I've been a patient of Dr. Cerejo for 9 years. Thanks to Dr. Cerejo, my osteoporosis has made a 180 degree turn for the better. I no longer break bones and have gone back worry free to doing all the fun active things I love. Vicky and Vanessa are great. I come in for biannual treatment injections and usually see Kelly. I have a great visit every time. They are very courteous and punctual.

Completely disappointed - would NOT recommend him
I saw Dr. Cerejo recently when I was referred by my PCP for several reasons. He spent some time with me, took a history, performed an exam and wanted to run some labs. He told me several times that he would "call me with the results of the labs and devise a plan." When I did not hear from him in over a month after the lab results were back, I finally called his office but had to call 4-5 times to finally get someone to talk to me. Vanessa, his MA, called me only to tell me he was referring me to a hematologist! No call from him directly as he promised. No plan. No offering an explanation as to why I'm having bilateral join pain. Nothing. I'm a medical provider as well, and I told Vanessa about my frustration in treating patients like this. I told her today (since he refused to talk with me) that I would find another provider who was interested in HELPING someone. VERY poor patient care.... I would give him a ZERO rating if I could...

I have been a patient with Dr. Cerejo for many years, driving over 80 miles to see him when I had moved to another city for work. I returned to West Palm Beach and continue to see him. He is an incredible diagnostician, when no one else could figure my disease out he did. He listens carefully to your concerns and works to find the best treatment modality. Unfortunately, his front office staff and MA were replaced a few years ago. The new group does not possess a caring demeaner. They can be rude, talk down to you and disregard your problems. I have on several occasions had to go to my PCP for help when his staff refused or was incapable of helping or allowing me to speak with him. I doubt he is aware of this. I am hopeful he will one day I would hate to discontinue going to him.

Dr. Cerejo does an excellent job treating my condition. I started with my condition at an unusually young age. He has fought with Insurance to get approvals for medication. He closely monitors my condition and did a telehealth call when I had an emergency medical need that had to be coordinated with my medication. I’m so glad my doctor referred me to Dr. Cerejo.

Don't know can't get in. Office staff told me I cannot make a new patient appointment on my behalf I have to be referred by my personal doctor. I told her to double check that's usually for HMO insurance purposes. She came back & said no I had to have my doctor send a referral with my records & blood work. I tried to explain that there has been no work done by anyone. I will be a new arthritis patient. Either his staff is not unexperienced or reluctant to do their job

Dr. Cerejo is very compassionate and intelligent about rheumatoid symptoms and treatments. His staff, including Vanesa and Vicky really care about you and your well-being. I highly recommend, Dr. Cerejo! He has a lot of patients so be on time for your appointment and he will provide you with a lot of options and recommendations, always taking your thoughts, fears and future goals into consideration. I have been to a dozen rheumatologists and have 27 years of experience with this disease so I trust Dr. Cerejo and his staff with my life.

I was 6 minutes late and he made me reschedule. The only reason I was late getting off the turnpike at 8:30am took 4 red lights to sit at before I could move. I have never been to his office that early. Plus they were very rude at the front desk. I would never ever go there again. Plus he is always watching the clock.. I always felt rushed.

Never made it to my visit. I waited 2 months for my new patient appointment and 5:15pm I got a phone call saying they needed to cancel my appointment and the next available is June... another 2 months of waiting. It’s clear how the practice runs. No thank you I’ll find another doctor who won’t waste my time.

The worst experience I have ever encountered with a “so-called” physician who refuses to see patients based on a previous diagnosis. I don’t even want to give any stars but will not post without it

I just want to add to my review posted yesterday, that Dr. Cerejo was referred to me by my primary Dr. and the receptionist on the front desk her name is PATRICIA, i just want to specify that. Im not talking for the general staff since she was the only one very rude and with bad attitude during the time that i was at Dr. office. I think that lady shouldn't be working there anymore I hope Dr. Cerejo read the reviews and check the video cameras in his office and find out how this lady treat me.

Absolutely the worst business practices & attitude I’ve seen in my 4 decades in PBC. Saw him ten years ago once and stopped going due to his staff’s attitude. Recently got an appointment for 3 weeks out. 3 confirm calls and demand to be there 30 mins ahead. Office location on Google was not updated and showed their previous address. Called 4 times to get clarity, went to VM. Finally got there 15 mins prior to appointment, was told that I had 14 mins to do the forms or will be rescheduled.I left.

what is it with the doctors in south east florida that they cannot find competent courteous staff. dr. cerejo is a nice man but the office staff attitude is appalling just like many doctors offices in south east florida, can they teach them some basic manners and undestanding, so they can deal with patients going thru difficultiestreeful health issues.
