Didnt show up to appointment
Made an appointment, received a text the day of confirming the appointment. Show up and nobody from the office was there. I call and they had canceled my appointment. Complete waste of my time. No Thanks - I'll go somewhere else.

I'd like to give 2 stars, however with chasing down the staff and trying to get an understanding of what happened during the procedure. I think everything went ok . . . Mid March was the procedure and I'm hounding the office a month later. Below is a small C&P from my email. It's been over a month since the procedure and I have had to chase down the office to find out what has happened/the results -- in my mind this can be construed as an act of negligence. I have no idea what the prescriptions are used for or if they are still valid -- again no follow up for understanding.

Worst doctor and practice ever.
Saw nurse practitioner before colonoscopy and after whe I developed a gi infection. Only saw the back of doctors head when I was prepped for colonoscopy. Never met him . No one ever called gi culture + and had multi calls to get antibiotics. 1st called in penicillin which I am allergic to. Waited 1 1/2 hrs in exam room for np to show up in clinic for an appointment.

For initial visit was told to go to Galleria office since it was closest to my address and was also told that someone would contact me via phone call to confirm a day and time. Never got a call and the next day the office calls at 2:30 in the afternoon to tell me I have a 3:00 appointment at the office in Pasadena. I get there, have a brief visit with the doctor & we still don’t figure out what my issue is and I’m told they need imaging as well as and upper endoscopy. Went to the location for imaging on 5/13 and they still don’t have my results as of 6/22. I decided against the upper endoscopy because the hospital they’re with wants to perform a mandatory COVID-19 test and I told them no because you can’t force testing on anyone, I will be searching for a new GI doctor in my area. When I called about my test results Friday I was told by the lady that she needed to upload the results but she never did.

I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone. My dad has been to this doctors office three times. He has not meet with Dr. Daccak as of today. Has only seen PA's. They have sent him to have a CT, and two MRI's. They also scheduled him for a Endoscopic Ultra Sound which was out of his insurance network.

My husband's appointment was at 11:00 a.m. he was taking in for his Colonoscopy at 3:22 p.m. we waited for over four hours! The procedure was only a hour, my husband was number 14. Why would you schedule that many patients in one day? This is unacceptable! He was referred to us by our MD, but we will not be using him again.
