Great ER experience
I went to the ER as my 6 year old daughter had a dog bite to the face. I was very nervous and worried. Dr. Saraiya spent her time with me and my daughter. She took her time explaining the procedures. She made me feel at ease and my daughter felt comfortable with her. She was able to put mulitple sutures on my daughters face and she did a great job. Wish all doctors were as caring as this one.

Believe the reviews
Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had . Paid for her visit on teleheath. Told her I suffer from chronic allergic conjunctivitis ( which I’ve been diagnosed ) she instead refused to prescribe me eyedrops and said I had a life threatening skin disease and to go to the ER asap . Went and what do you know I have Conjunctivitis as already stated . Does not listen to you whatsoever

Poor telehealth experience
I had a text-based telehealth visit through my employer's insurance plan. Dr. Saraiya didn't respond after I explained my symptoms.

Excellent! She stitched a wound over my right eye (8 stitches) in the ER at Anaheim Regional. I am very pleased with her skill and professionalism. (11/25/20)
