Dr. Rupen Parikh, MD

Dr Parikh gave me an incorrect diagnosis of acid reflux when I went to the ER with chest pain. He did not have any answers for questions I asked and didn’t bother to do the correct test to determine the actual cause of my chest pain, even though I had been to the hospital years earlier with similar symptoms, and a correct diagnosis. Either he didn’t bother to review my history, didn’t know how to correctly read the bloodwork and tests he did order, or he had a preconceived notion. I suffered for days after release from the hospital until I received the correct cardiac diagnosis. Incompetent, and in my case, potentially dangerous.

While being examined for a medical condition unrelated to my heart, Dr Parikh identified an issue that required attention and monitoring. He is a real professional with a very caring and straightforward manner.A year later, after some comprehensive testing and visits, I'm in very good health and very pleased with my care. He and his team are first class.
