Dr Gill was excellent. She has a very personal energy and connects with patients and worried loved ones. My anxiety was eased after speaking with her and experiencing her empathy and compassion as well as confidence. She was very knowledgeable and thorough even with several patients under her care. If all physicians were like Dr Gill, the Emergency room experience would substantially improve. My following ratings are based on Kaweah Delta emergency facility and do not reflect Dr Gill in any way
What went well
  • Listened & answered questions
  • Explained conditions well
  • Staff friendliness
  • Appointment wasn't rushed
  • Trusted the provider's decisions
What could be improved
  • Office environment
  • Difficult to schedule appointment
  • Long wait times
