Does not listen to patient
Telehealth
From the beginning of the call he will only give out his opinion and make conclusion of the symptom without asking or listening to the patient. His primary focus is to cover as much patients as he can.

I just had a Teledoc appointment with Dr. Yoon and he was compassionate and thorough. Other previous Teledoc appointments have been terrible but I was very impressed with Dr. Yoon. Thank you so much

Rude and dismissive
Called “Dr.” Joon about a sinus infection and instead of listening to my symptoms and prescribing something that could help, he instead told me that I should just be patient with my symptoms (basically ignore being sick) he was extremely disrespectful and hung up on me. I am a 40 year old woman and a medical “professional” such as Dr. Yoon should not be treating grown patients like children. Absolutely disgraceful.

Fantastic experience!
My experience with Dr. Yoon today was my first telemedicine visit. He called me right on time, understood my issue/concerns quickly and perfectly, he showed empathy for my situation, and we concluded quickly with a script ready to go. Fantastic experience!

The worst Teledoc experience
Dr. Yoon was rude, would not listen to me and prescribed me medicine that hardly treats my symptoms without giving me something that would treat the root cause of my virus. And he hung up on me...there is no way I can get in touch with him again, but I would never want to. Talking with him over Teledoc was a waste of time.

Useless. 0 stars if could
Was completely useless on teleadoc. I paid 45 dollars for him to tell me to get my finger xrayed. When told him worried about infection he told me there was nothing he could do.

wonderful doctor
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Yoon via tele appt. He was very helpful and answered my questions. He prescribed me with a medication that has assuaged my symptoms. Much more convenient than going to an in person doc.

Great chat!
I had a great chat with Dr. Yoon on Tele doc. He was incredibly thorough, compassionate and reassuring. Don't know what the other folks are talking about; my experience was nothing like theirs, and I feel thankful enough to leave him a review online. I found him to be very helpful!

Great teledoc experience
Had a tele-appointment with Dr.Yoon for possible sinus infection / cold symptoms. He checked my previous prescription history and wanted to be cautious in prescribing antibiotics, since I was on antibiotics a couple months ago. Based on my symptoms and their severity, we decided that we don't want to be too quick to use antibiotics again. We decided to use steroid spray. It felt like he didn't want to just prescribe what would make my body feel better this time, but wanted to think about my overall health in the long term.

Could have been better. Similar experience to other poster. Dealt with thru Teledoc, seemed rushed and didn’t address (1) my practical concern of how to blow my nose or what I can do to stop automatic mucus run and (2) suggested an OTC med that I already took and disliked (same active ingredient).

Used Doctor Yoon for a Teledoc appointment. Worst talk with a medical professional I've ever had. The appointment was for a simple note for work as I was not feeling well and he suggested I called tomorrow instead as he couldn't provide it for the next day. He at no point asked my symptoms nor suggested anything more than rescheduling and paying another fee for a second appointment for nothing more than an excuse note for a rest day from work... Doctors that only care about money should seek other professions.
