Dr. Rustan Adcock, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Adcock for several years. He listens to my concerns and acts on them appropriately and timely. He is genuinely concerned about my wellbeing and has helped me when I have experienced health issues. I can't say enough about his kind, gentle and caring manner. I feel I can bring any problem to him, and he will help to address and resolve it. He provides excellent care, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I just went in yesterday for a new patient consultation with Dr. Rustan Adcock. I have never felt so heard and appreciated by a medical doctor. I found him to be extremely personable, as well as him taking his time without me feeling like he was rushing me out or annoyed with my concerns. I am very impressed with Dr. Adcock and would highly recommend him.

Dr Adcock has been my primary care physician for more than a decade and I would not change for anything. Although I know he has his hands full much of the time, I always get the time and attention I need. He knows me beyond just the physical record and listens for all of me, every time. I feel that he is more my educator, coach and partner in my health and that in itself is healing. He is open to non-allopathic modes of healing and seeks to integrate my forays into AyurVeda, acupuncture, herbal medicine, homeopathy and other paths of health into an overall plan for me. And we laugh! We laugh at folly, our own humorous situations. He has a very easy, gentle manner and is eminently approachable. And all of this applies to every visit. We have moved out of the Asheville area and getting to his office is now at least a half hour, in traffic a good deal more. but I have no intention of changing.

Dr. Adcock is a friendly, highly intelligent person that I trust with my health. His staff and facilities are top notch and I highly recommend that if he is accepting new patients, to become one as soon as possible.
