Many years of excellent care
Dr. Crepes has been my family doctor for 30+ years. She knows me, my health issues, and takes time to listen, explore possible options, and explain the next steps. I appreciate her kindness, through evaluations, and her years of experience in Internal medicine. Large or small issues, she understands the concern and doesn’t jump to conclusions. I am truly thankful she is my primary care provider.

Yes, sometimes you may have to wait...never more than 30 min. for me, but it's because she takes time with each patient. Been seeing her for over 20 years and she's treated several of my serious illnesses. I can't say enough good things. Smart, competent, conservative in approach.

While sometimes the waits are extraordinarily long, I attribute that to the care Dr. Crepet shows to her patients. It's not her fault that some less than intelligent people have appointments and it takes her extra time to help them to understand or deal with their situations. NO, I don't LIKE the waiting, but I know that if I ever need her, she will devote the time to me that I need...not the b.s. 10 minute in the door and out the door crap that I have seen with other facilities. She is thorough, knowledgeable and caring. Excellent.

Not recommended. She recorded incorrect information in my file. When I let her know during the appointment and asked her to correct it, she said, "We'll get it next time." She didn't. On another visit, she told me I should have provided paperwork to her nurse that she said we would fill out together during the next appointment. Essentially, she blamed me for not knowing their office procedures. She also rated me on a standard healthcare scale with a score of 1-12 without asking me all the questions. I agree with the other comments above.

It takes several days to get action for medication refills and then Dr Crepet orders the wrong thing. This has happened repeatedly. From the time I get to the clinic until she walks into the exam room is often an hour or more. I think she is overworked, or maybe it's just time to retire.

She really doesn’t understand complicated cases of mental health or pain. She doesn’t understand the medication laws and rules either. She was very insensitive to a family meme ER and wasn’t even aware of it & when we brought it up got defensive and mad. I think she needs to retire. She doesn’t seem to want to think outside of the box or treat someone who isn’t healthy or only has 1 condition. I wouldn’t recommend her. She was nice in the beginning but really was not up to the job on many levels

Currently been waiting in the exam room for Dr. Crepet for over an hour. I saw the nurse immediately but Dr. Crepet seems to have no urgency to see her patients and has no respect for the time they are spending waiting.
