Best Doctor Ever
My family and myself use Dr. Jotani and have been his patient for about 20 years. He is a great doctor who cares for his patients. My health and mobility has given me issues and Dr. Jotani has helped me not only physically and mentally but also pushed my insurance to help me get the equipment I need when I need it. From broken bones, sicknesses, weight issues, ect., Dr. Jotani has never let me down and will be there if me or my family need him. Dr. Jotani and his staff are awesome.

I called your office this morning August 22 shortly after 8:00am. I tested positive for Covid on Sunday. At 11:14 I was called and was told the nurse practitioner would call me around 2:15pm. At 4:00 I called back and was put through to your voicemail. Which said leave a message but don’t call back again. Your website says you are open until 6:30. But when I still hadn’t heard at 5:30 I called back at which time I got your message that the office closed at 5:00. It is now 7. From this Can I assume you don’t care about your patients There are no unanswered calls on my phone. Continued 8:00 called answering service. Was told nurse would call. Answering service called back at 8:30 nurse had them to tell me to call in the morning for an appointment. Wow what service
