Dishonest and uncaring. Worst experience ever.
Just a terrible doctor who LIED to me about my REZUM procedure and inflicted immense pain. Lied about the procedure itself and in my opinion, he should NOT be practicing medicine.

Unprofessional office.
Walking in the door. I was greeted by a sharp, terse, rude person at the front. This office has a very small window that is closed when entering the small lobby. I spoke to the nurse, or office manager, who feigned to be oblivious to what I told her about my encounter with the receptionist, who was sitting there as we spoke. I told Dr. Black about this before we started my appointment. He left the room after a moment, reentered, and said nothing about what I told him. I never received a followup from anyone. I moved to another doctor.

I never saw nor met this Dr. Black but he billed my BCBS and myself for surgery verses an office visit for a one time half inch injection that could have accomplished at my caring regular doctors office verses here. No advance counseling or advisement to me or I would have never accepted this appointment. They are not going to convince me this was medically right or ethical, excessively charging me. Highly upset and dissatisfied due to principle alone.

If this is the same Ryan Black that was part of the care team that treated me while I was a pt at Methodist university hospital in Memphis Tn, BEWARE. Black was a resident of this team and I was treated for a kidney stone that they failed to remove. I ended up with a external tube going from my kidney to a urine bag. After a month I had to return to SC to have my urologists correct the problem. While in Memphis I developed a bad infection based on the nephrostomy because the team stoped my antibiotics. Black’s part in all of this developed a complete lack of trust. Poor communication and poor grade for a senior resident physician.
