All experiences with Dr Burk have been extraordinary. Tri Cities is blessed to have a physician of his caliber. He is genuinely interested in the well being of all his patients. My only recommendation would be for the office staff taking messages for the doctor. They often say it will be three to five business days before the doctor can get back to you. That is not what you need to hear when you urgently need to speak to your doctor. I find that the quickest way to get an urgent message to Dr Burk is through MyChart. I so appreciate his genuine care when he responds.

Very attentive, easy to understand medical explanations, encouraging, pleasant sense of humor. Was with previous provider for 20+ uears before he retired. Hope I get to say the same about Dr. Burk
