Support Staff non responsive
Dr Ryan Casserly, was kind and straight forward to deal with. His scheduling staff is non responsive. After the Dr. said sinus surgery was the plan. We repeatedly call the scheduling staff. And never received a response. Our insurance provider has never received a preauthorization request from Dr. Casserly's office(Central Coast Head and Neck Surgeons). After many months of waiting we give up.

Exceptional reviews online for this young physicin
I found Dr Ryan Casserly by way of exceptional reviews online. He is a lot of good things, very competent, relatable, likeable, kind and supportive. He and the office are all very professional. His two audiologists have their doctorates and are relatable and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go to any of them. Good experiences.

Attentive, Detailed, Educates Patient, Patient, Empathetic, Skilled surgeon, Humors my complex scientific questions. He appears young, but his comprehension with rare ear disorders is impressive!

I had an appointment with Dr. Casserly on July 16 and it was a terrible experience. He was super rude. The appointment lasted no more than 5 minutes. He billed my insurance $271 and said the appointment lasted from 45-59 minutes!! He then charged $146 for the audiology exam that he was not involved with, most of which is noted never happened. I reported him to my insurance and am writing 'my first negative review' so others will be alerted to his total lack of integrity.
