Dr. Ryan Chartrand, DO

Horrible from day one. He has a great personality but still made mistakes. I ended up 3 times in the hospital, once in icu for 5 days, the scheduled a procedure that I didn’t need because they didn’t check my reports. He did call and said he accepted all responsibility which does nothing. I have contacted an attorney and will be sending a letter to the departments of licensing for the state of Michigan. I did send him a letter explaining this and got no response. My health at this,point is severely affected.

My dad had a procedure to get kidney stones removed ended up in ICU for 6 days and now back in the hospital for kidney stones a month later so they were never taken care of. Now in the hospital again for another week and he went on vacation leaving my father in the hospital with no answers or plans. Twice he promised to call and both times he never did!!! I will never take my dad there ever again and I will be letting everyone I know to stay far away from this office!!!! All it is an assembly line and you are just another number.

Dr was very informative. Very pleasant and explained everything in detail. Such a personable dr.

Dr Chartrand is the best, I was so nervous about going to a male Dr. & especially one that is around my sons age. He puts you @ ease and listens, his patiences are very important to him, he really cares.

Dr chartrand is a very caring doctor and he answered all our questions I highly recommend him. He showed concern for my husband’s issue and when asked him questions he answered what and why he should do suggested options.

The staff was very friendly and efficient at the front desk. Talking with Dr. Chartrand about my issues was easy and he showed a genuine interest in making sure I’d be on the right path to get the treatment I needed. Thank you.

Dr Chartrand performed robotic assisted prostatectomy, to remove my cancerous prostate. Everything went great. Was out of hospital next day. A true superstar in the work he does. Also great bedside manner, with a sense of humor too. Highly recommend him. Thanks a million.

Dr Chartrand was very professional and he performed my surgery 1 month ago. Everything went extremely well and I wonder why I didn't do the sling years ago!!

I saw Dr. Chartrand for urinary issues and he was very helpful. I have a much better quality of life and can enjoy certain things I could not before. I would highly recommend him as a urologist.

None of us really want to go to the doctor. But, if you do and you've been told to see a Urologist, I'd recommend that you make an appointment with Dr. Chartrand. I'm 83 years old. And, I've been seen by a number of doctors during those years. He's #1 on my list.

had the euro lift procedure in January. would recommend this for all that are having problems with flow. having less pain, less up and down at night urinating. for sure getting more quality sleep. thanks DOC

Doctor Ryan Chartrand has been my Doctor for over four years. I am very satisfied being a patient of his. He keeps me in his utmost care. I have Prostate issues, and from day one, Dr. Chartrand has set the course for treatment. He keeps me well informed and orders the necessary tests. He reviews all of my Lab and Medical results thoroughly. He will always make time to answer any related questions. I feel very confident in my well being having DR. Chartrand as my Urological Doctor.

My in office procedure with Chartrand was a nightmare. He seems to know nothing about the care of IC patients. If you have bladder pain beware of this man. Numbed me for less than 30 seconds then preformed cystoscopy. Unbelievable. The pain sent me to er, he should not be dealing with IC patients.

I have have trouble urinating for years been on self cathing and dr Chartran recommended and performed the urolift and was an awesome experience...there are so caring and professional. I used the nitrous and the procedure was abot 15 mins tops and now 1 month later im going awesome and no sexual side effects and off the cath...i will say for few days it was a little uncomfortable but manageable and i recovered fast. I highly recommend the urolift and this team. Thanks guys.

I have seen Dr. Chartrand three times now. He is a good doctor and just a great guy! I feel very comfortable from the minute I walk in. The check-in ladies know what they are doing and expedite things quickly. I think the longest I ever had to wait to be called to go back to a room is abut 7 min. WONDERFUL!! After business with Dr. Chartrand, I go to the desk in the back to check out and they seem to know what needs to be done before I get there. My next appts. are set up and any other things I need to do very quickly! I am sure glad my PC physician referred me to this location! There are happy employees here!!!! That reflects in the way they interact with patients! Very nice!

Dr. Chartrand is friendly, professional and confident. He did a surgical procedure on myself in the hospital. The follow up appointment went very smooth and was told the surgery was a success.
