I feel like he was very good with my daughter but not very good with telling me what the plan for her treatment is.

He was so friendly, full of information yet easy to understand. He talked at a speed that could be understood taking time to listen and respond to both me and my child. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

We were blown away. He gave us medical reassurance, explained the science, and was so kind to our daughter. He related our situation to a personal situation of his own, which made us feel even more cared for and reassured. He didn't hesitate to let us talk and explain, and quickly provided the doctor's note we asked for, for my child's school.

He was very polite, asked questions about my kid's experiences, then did a quick physical check. It was very brief (especially considering we drove 2.5 hours for this appointment), but that's what is needed with pediatric specialists.
