You will get out of your appt what you put in
I appreciate Dr. Fier's preparation before an office visit. He doesn't have to guess at your past history because he reads it before the appointment. I also appreciate his candor and willingness to consider objections based on logic and reason. If you want someone to tell you what you want to hear instead of the truth, he may not be your guy, but I pay doctors to tell me the truth not to make me feel good about bad habits.

Not good. Would not recommend. Doesn't listen to the patient. Likes to entrap you and give you a lecture if you have a few drinks.

Great Doctor! Listen to my concerns and made recommendations that were helpful, and Cost Effective! Did not speak 'above' at any time and gave honest feedback. I trust him with the health and well being of my children.

Spends too much time in chart as opposed to listening to his patients. Would never recommend.
