I am a physician with multiple spine surgeries. I periodically have facet ablations to control pain. Dr Galicia not only was fearful (his words) of performing this procedure but when I finally persuaded him, he did not do the appropriate levels! In addition he was not aware of Medicare regulations about this procedure. His main tactic is to prescribe opioids and have patients return for monthly visits. He is by far the least competent pain management physician I have encountered in all my years of dealing with post surgical spine pain. This is the first time I have written a review of any kind and I have never called a fellow MD incompetent but I felt that I had to get this off my chest. Tidelands new pain management physician, Dr Chrisman gets 6 stars in my book
