I saw Dr Green for burning all over my body. He said it could be my electrolytes and ran bloodwork. Once it wasn't that, he had no clue. He prescribed me gabapentin for nerve pain, which I had been on before and told him it did not work for me. He wrote a prescription for it anyway and I never filled it. Six mths before I was on another med that I had stopped. He asked what was the highest dose of that I had been on. I told him 120 mg. He suggested I increase that med by 25 mg every 2 days until I reached the 120 mg. I started that. By the time I was at 50 mg I had anxiety and was shaking so bad, I got in with a neurologist who immediately started weaning me off that and gave me tranxene to calm me down. For my sleep issues I hadn't really slept in 7 days he advised I go to the drugstore and get melatonin. Really? He was rude and uncaring. The nurse even suggested I get a second opinion and reminded me that I am the best advocate for my health. She even know I had gotten poor treatment
