Doesn't listen to parents
Was late to our appointment, was biased based on previous diagnosis, didn't listen to parents about what was going on. Not opened minded and wasted our time by not having tests like EEGs already set up prior to appointment made 3 months prior.

Long wait
Waited an hour and a half after driving one hour to get to the hospital. Doctor never came in to see us so we left. I had to take a day off of work for nothing.
