Dr. Ryan Klein seemed knowledgeable. Later I called ask for a test which his staff said they didn’t do. I still don’t have results from my test a few months ago. His staff is terrible. I am changing Drs. Because of the front desk.

I see negative comments but I have been going to him for a few years as my primary doctor and I find him to be professional and on top of things. My other doctor of 30 years retired and then passed away but approved of ryan klein before hand. I am happy with him.

My brother, Robert, is a patient of Dr. Ryan Klein. Dr. Klein is an exceptional physician who is well-trained, knowledgeable, and attuned to his patients. Examinations are thorough and comprehensive. Robert needed orthopedic and specialty doctor referrals. Dr. Klein gave him the necessary referrals which basically saved his life. The patient's health is the #1 priority with Dr. Klein and his office staff. Robert highly recommends Dr. Klein to one looking for an outstanding physician.

He's never actually treated me for anything......he only refers you to another doctor. He doesn't listen to you. He just talks over you.

This was a disappointing experience with a primary care physician. Dr. Ryan Klein did not give me the feeling that he cared about me as a patient and dismissed my feelings about my health. He did a very minimal examination as a new patient and did not take a very complete history nor did he ask about my lifestyle, exercise, or eating habits. He did not talk to me as much as at me while he typed on the computer entering my answers. He wouldn't answer simple blood pressure questions.

The most horrible clinic I have ever visit. The stuff very unfriendly. Dr Ryen Klein is very unprofessional , zero interest in your health. I would never recommend to go to Dr. Ryen Klein. He will take your money on unnecessary tests . I was actually shocked from this clinic.

This office is the least empathetic and least professional doctor's office i've EVER dealt with..i've lived in the NB area my whole life & i've never been thru bs like this office. First, i was approved to see Russell Klein as of March, then I get a msg that Russell isnt taking new patients, even tho my ins card has his name. So i get an appt with Ryan & THEN 2 days b4 my appt, the LOVELY lady receptionist calls me & leaves me a harsh msg saying that they dont take my ins. & cancels my appt!!
