He was the rudest and most arrogant doctor I have ever met. Does not have any empathy and thinks he knows everything. No bedside manner whatsoever and did not listen to my concerns. Would advise to stay away.

Dr. Kroeger was the best care I’ve received. He was through, explained things well and extremely polite . Some of the negative reviews make no sense since we had such a high quality experience. Professional. Compassionate. Caring.

Was the hospitalist when I was at Mercy for asthma exacerbation. He is extremely rude; steps into territory that is beyond the scope of his expertise. He tried to tell me I did not have asthma, and that my pulmonlogist felt the same as him, however, I called my pulmonlogist and I was told that he did not tell Dr. Kroeger any such thing. He is very linear in the way he practices medicine, and only looks at test results, and disregards symptoms. He is very dismissive and arrogant.

Never would recommend. Rude and arrogant. Did not perform adequate testing. Released me to fly knowing I had a history of pulmonary embolism and was currently having severe leg pain. No ultrasound was performed on the leg to rule out a clot. Avoid this man!
