Dr. Ryan Labovitch, MD

After a freak basketball injury in which I tore my ACL and lateral meniscus I had no idea which doctor to see. After some searching online I came across Dr. Labovitch and his office. I scheduled an appointment for a consult and I can say I made the perfect choice. Dr. Labovitch explained my injury to me, provided additional information in what surgery I need and the recovery process. I feel extremely comfortable with doctor and knowing the years of expertise he has I will be back to doing normal activities soon. I would highly recommend Dr. Labovitch to anyone.

Excellent care. Thorough and honest. The practice is very business and wait times can be long, so if you have questions make sure to know what you want to ask before your appointment. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

I fractured my clavicle in late August 2020 and Hoag Hospital referred me to an Orthopedic practice in Newport Beach. I was not overly impressed with the Orthopedic Surgeon I initially saw, as he basically looked at my x-rays and said I’ve got two choices, I could either elect to have surgery to fix the fracture, or simply let it heal on its own and the choice was up to me. He didn’t provide any substantive feedback that would help inform my decision and I had to ask him 20 questions just to get a general understanding of my situation. Needless to say, I sought a second opinion and I was thankfully able to get in to see Dr. Labovitch within two days of calling his office. Dr. Labovitch had me take current x-rays on-site and then took the time to walk me through the specific issues related to my fracture, which had four different breaks. I find him to be professional, friendly, understanding, thoroughly communicative, answers questions and explains medical issues in terms I can understand. I trust him and feel confident he has my physical and psychological well-being at heart. If I could adopt him as a son I would!

Dr.Labovitch did not care about about my history I have had knee problems since I was little he basically told me to just loose some LBS. and I be fine sent me to PT and they said the same went to a Dr in orange and terns out I had a torn meniscus

I had my meniscus tear with only 2 % attached. Dr. Labovitch and his team prepped me with positive knowledge to help me recover from my surgery. The post surgery follow up is amazing and his work as a Surgeon is world class. He had performed surgery on both our son and daughters knees so I knew he was the best surgeon for our family.
