Dr Lowe’s assessment was thorough, knowledgeable and he was patient with all of our questions. Left the ED with a plan we felt good about.

No Empathy
No bedside manner at all. He accused me of drinking because I was super dizzy, and could barely stand. I have vestibular disease . He made me wish I never went to help. He got mad I didn't have a covid vaccine, Im a cancer patient so Im waiting until my immunity is better to get one. He was just short tempered, didn't seem to care about anything going on. He didn't even want to listen at all.

Just left the Carle ED tonight. The worst dr. I have ever dealt with in my life........so rude. He released me with my blood pressure 194/123 just now. One horrible Dr. Making all of Carle look bad. He spent less than 30 seconds with me.......when I questioned him he got mad and actually said............ "At least your not dead". An awful man! Going to Carle HR tomorrow to file formal complaint. Horrible night!

He has no bedside manner, had my 89 year old dad in the ED and unfortunately he was the doctor who treated him. He did not explain what was going on and acted as if we were bothering him. A very rude person.
