this place might be great but when I wanted to cancel my consultation appointment within 20 hours of booking for an appointment weeks out .... they said I still have to pay the $100 consultation fee. WTH.. that is not right ... If they operate that way , I want nothing to do with this office. bummer .. Only place in Durango yet... not right to do that...... Go to Denver or other place... Good luck

We are lucky to have such a talented, dedicated, skillful surgeon here in Durango. I feel like all members of his office staff are on my recovery team. Cancer sucks, but the treatment does not have to??... from billing, and helping me navigate other billing system, to never even sounding impatient when changes in the surgery schedule had to occur. The surgical nurse is super competent and had a way of always making me like her only patient :) If you are looking for an extremely talented team to walk you through whatever your surgery journey is, look no further!

Two years ago, I had two different surgeries at the same time. Dr Naffziger did an excellent job. The staff was caring and friendly too. I trust his ability as a surgeon and I would go back to him again, as well as recommend him to others.

Dr. Nafzigger did not recognize, or attempt to discover, the underlying cause of a serious negative result of his surgery. He said he didn't believe in antibiotics since "they only mask symptoms", and doesn't think it's necessary to monitor a patient's temperature (which is a major indicator of infection). This resulted in an emergency procedure, days in the hospital and a period of months to fully recover from the initial surgery and his mismanagement. During this time Dr. Nafzigger was out of town for almost all my follow up appointments leaving me in the care of his (only) assistant who had only been with him only a year. The treatment I received was truly irresponsible and I am now awaiting additional surgery (by a well researched plastic surgeon) to correct some of the sad results. To future patients, I urge you to do better research than I originally did and to immediately get a second opinion or visit an emergency room when you are concerned by the care you are receiving.

I had my rhinoplasty done by Dr.Naffziger in September of 2016. The anesthesiologist Naffziger used was very unclear with payment so I was hassled a day before my surgery by their office. I was told by the anesthesiologist the day of my surgery I was overcharged and I would be getting a refund but was never issued it. It is now almost three year post op from my surgery and my results are nothing that me and Dr.Naffziger discussed in our 3 meetings before surgery. I was also told that the office
