Avoid this doctor
Terrible experience with Dr. Ryan Rogers at Fromer Eye Care in. Patients were crowded in the hallway, and despite arriving on time for my 12 PM appointment, I was told there would be a 3-hour wait. When I finally saw the doctor, I was rushed through with only 2 minutes to ask questions. He left abruptly without providing any prescriptions and claimed he would return in 4 minutes, but never did. When I requested a prescription, he told me I needed to book an appointment with another doctor. I didn’t even get a prescription for glasses. I wasted an entire day off from work for this unprofessional and disorganized service. Avoid this place.

I woke up with a black eye. I experienced no trauma to receive said black eye. It was bruised, leaking and painful. Seeking an answer and worried I may have an eye infection I went and saw Dr. Rogers. After examining me he sent me to the ER next door for a CT scan just to “make sure nothing wrong”. The ER doctor informed me Rogers just thought I was lying and being abused at home. Why would I waste time, money, and find a babysitter if I was hit at home and already knew the cause? After hours in the ER, being needled by incompetent nurses and basically bullied into trying to get me to admit my husband hit me I left in tears. I will never go to Rogers/ Rutland ER ever again. Oh, and I’m still not sure why I have the bruising and swelling…
